First, enable joystick support by opening the console and typing "preferences". Open Display category, enable Joystick = true. Then go to Joystick section and enable both deadzones to TRUE. Unbind all moving bindings (profile set to output digital keys everywhere so its useable to type while gaming. Currently, only digital full/zero speed running is supported, however, strafing depends on analog. Working with devs to perhaps fix this, but not sure how that will work yet.
