You need to do a bit of work for this one. You need to switch the level abilities on the configuration to u, i, o and p for q, w, e and r respectively. This will allow you to level up abilities in the middle of a fight, or farming by just holding on the numbers, and that can give you a small advantage in it. To use an item, you tap the number as usual.
